THE ROLE

The CRM Enquiries Administrator will work as part of the CRM Enquiries team which has the responsibility for providing an outstanding customer experience, that proactively engages with prospective students and supports their decision-making to choose UWTSD.

The team is responsible for supporting the delivery of student recruitment targets through highly effective management and development of the customer relationship management system and the enquiries service.

The team also manage the University’s Student Ambassador programme. This is an adjunct team of students that support recruitment activities and events and provide an authentic perspective that resonates with prospective students.

This role will:

• Be the first point of contact for current and future Student Ambassadors and will be responsible for ensuring all onboarding and organisational processes are completed within agreed processes.
• Support the organisation and delivery of University-wide recruitment events, such as Open Days, that attract applicants to study at UWTSD.
• Support the wider marketing team as and when required.

The primary location will be in either Carmarthen or Swansea. However, the post holder will also be required to ensure an on-campus presence across all UWTSD campuses and will provide advice and guidance to marketing staff and academics across all locations.
