The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) traces its heritage back to the first university in Wales, receiving its Royal Charter in 1828 and is honoured to have His Majesty King Charles III as Royal Patron.

THE ROLE
The CRM Enquiries Administrator will work as part of the CRM Enquiries team which has the responsibility for providing an outstanding customer experience, that proactively engages with prospective students and supports their decision-making to choose UWTSD.
The team is responsible for supporting the delivery of student recruitment targets through highly effective management and development of the customer relationship management system and the enquiries service.
The team also manage the University’s Student Ambassador programme. This is an adjunct team of students that support recruitment activities and events and provide an authentic perspective that resonates with prospective students.
This role will:
The primary location will be in either Carmarthen or Swansea. However, the post holder will also be required to ensure an on-campus presence across all UWTSD campuses and will provide advice and guidance to marketing staff and academics across all locations.
