About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Education Support Officer to join our international student-focused team within Registry. This role is central to ensuring the University remains compliant with its sponsor licence obligations and supports international students across both taught and research programmes.
You will lead on statutory compliance, manage training and communications, and support the development of systems and processes that enhance the international student experience. The role also involves regular reporting, data audits, and collaboration with stakeholders across the University.
About You
You will be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience) and have significant experience in a similar administrative role. You’ll be confident in managing processes, delivering training, and working with data. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
