The University of Warwick are recruiting for a Delivery Manager, to project manage a Windows 11 migration.
Contract – 5 Months (to start beginning of August)
£500 Per Day - Inside IR35
Coventry - 1 Day Onsite Per Week
36.5 Hours Per Week
You will have previous experience managing the rollout of Windows 11 operating systems, using Intune and Autopilot to migrate from Windows 10 and SCCM. Experience with migration of devices from Windows 10 to 11 is also essential.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills are also key for this role. Having worked within HE or a similar multi-faceted environment, you understand the nuances of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. With a proven track record of working extensively with stakeholders at all levels, you can confidently establish effective communication channels, guide productive discussions, manage expectations & resolve concerns.
You’re skilled at navigating competing priorities within an Agile environment, fostering collaboration, providing clear updates, and ensuring alignment & momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
Having worked on a similar project you will be familiar with identifying potential risks unique to a Windows 11 migration (e.g., application compatibility issues, data loss, user resistance, hardware limitations). In turn developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and continuously monitoring and evaluating risks throughout the project.
