School Ops Coordinator (Infrastructure)

The Role
The Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator (Infrastructure) to join the SAgE Faculty Professional Services team, based within the School of Natural and Environmental Sciences.

As a key member of the School's Operations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the school to achieve its strategic objectives. You will be responsible for coordinating a range of operational activities that contribute to the effective delivery of the school's mission.

Working closely with the Assistant Operations Manager and the Deputy Head of School Operations, you will support the development and implementation of projects and administrative functions across the school's diverse portfolio. This will involve collaboration with colleagues across the School, Faculty, and wider University to ensure alignment with institutional priorities.

You will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality support for research, teaching, and other core activities, while helping to enhance the school's reputation and visibility both internally and externally.

This is a permanent role with part-time hours of 29.6 hours per week, preferably over 5 days.
