RAD Awards Programme Officer

12 months Maternity Cover | Part-Time 28 hours per week 

Great opportunity for a RAD Awards Programme Officer to join the Faculty of Education team at the Royal Academy of Dance 

We are seeking an RAD Awards Programme Officer to support Academic Programme Managers in the management and delivery of several programmes of study and awards of the Royal Academy of Dance. You will support onsite and distance learning students, liaising closely with Registry, as well as academic full-time, part-time and sessional staff to deliver an efficient, timely and professional service. 

Joining us, you will have: 

• experience of delivering administrative processes and procedures as well as servicing meetings, ideally in a higher education context;
• knowledge of digital resources to support learning and teaching – experience of using Virtual Learning Environments (e.g. Moodle) is desirable;
• strong analytical and IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and Web Content Management;
• first class customer service delivery;
• sound interpersonal and communication skills, and confidence in dealing with enquires from the general public, colleagues and students;
• excellent time management and organisation skills. 

Experience of working in a higher / further education context would be desirable.
