About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator, who will be a core member of the Education Team responsible for delivering support for UG and PG taught programmes. The post-holder will have responsibility for the delivery of the teaching timetable, the module registration process, and the mark entry process. The post holder will also manage and coordinate all processes around academic misconduct cases, exam paper production and moderation. The role will also support meetings of the Committee, and of the School’s Subject Examination Boards, and support quality assurance processes.
About You
You will have experience of managing teaching and learning activities or similar within Higher Education. You should be educated to degree level in a relevant field or have equivalent experience. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and can work with tact and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive/confidential issues, able to respond to students in an empathic and professional manner. You will have experience of working within established regulations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Staff in the administration office work on campus a minimum of three days a week.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full-time (35 hours per week).
