This role would be responsible to deliver an outstanding customer service to our students, providing a single point of contact for all non-academic queries and ensuring our students have the information and support they need to succeed in their studies.
The main goal of the Enrolment Officer is to ensure students who have accepted their place at Regent College London complete the necessary steps in order to register on their programme in a timely manner.
Provide an effective and innovative phone customer service experience to our students. Support proactively our students in the pre-registration process and in their progress through our programmes.
Provide a professional and friendly service to customers and deal with a wide range of enquiries within agreed organization and departmental targets (KPIs)
Ensure timely and accurate recording and processing of enrolment forms on to the student record system whilst ensuring all relevant support departments receive accurate and up to date information about specific student needs.
Provide information, support and advice on non-academic queries (including but not limited to Regent College policies and procedures, finance and funding, health and welfare) and liaising with the appropriate departments where necessary.
Act as the central point of phone contact for student enquiries.
Maintain accurate records and information for students using the MS Office suite, the CRM system, and internal student information systems.
Help to develop effective processes to get the information required for a proactive approach to student support.
Record data accurately to monitor students' cases, progress and resolutions.
Maintain awareness of current developments in relevant areas, such as new Regent College processes, practices and policies.
Cover other areas within the Admissions department as and when necessary.
Principal Accountabilities
To provide accurate course and student information as required by the College.
To attend team meetings and contribute to Quality Assurance reviews and audits.
Maintain confidentiality in relation to all college information and to comply with General Data Protection Regulation.
To be involved in College staff development and training schemes and participate in Personal Development Review procedures within the College.
To adhere to the College's Equality and Diversity Scheme with respect to staff and students and to comply with and implement the College’s Health and Safety policy.
To undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as may be required.
